Cardio only today. Started slow. Was going to do 30 minutes on lifecycle then do some weights. Well, the lifecycle ended up 60 minutes. Easy start, about 110 RPM. As I continued, I got into a groove and just got more intense, RPM increased to 122-128. Mile splites averaged 2:47. Finished nice and easy, RPM 105.
