FitPoints Today -- 186

Went to a different gym today. Used a different Cardio machine. Have been using the Lifecycle 9100. A good machine for the workout. Used the Lifecycle 9500HR today. Really a big difference in the intensity of the workout. A really good Cardio workout. Breathing/recovery good. No pain. Light strength workout today.
