Lifecycle:
45:00 minutes. 16.20 Miles
5 minute stretch, 10 minute warmup ride (2 minutes each at L 1-5)
25 minutes at L 8
10 minute cooldown (2 minutes each at L 5-1)
Profile-Manual; RPM Avg-116; Intensity 9+
Although manual profile, the resistance seemed greater than random at same level. The result was a more intense workout.
Very good workout.

Strength:
Ab Crunches - Incline Bench: 3 sets of 45 each
Upright Row-BB: 40 lbs - 3 sets of 15 each
Front Raise DB: 5 lbs - 3 sets of 15 each
